No officers were injured during this incident and the occupants of the vehicle were not hit by gunfire. The attached Critical Incident Community Briefing is based upon a preliminary review of the incident, which is still under investigation. Additional facts may be discovered as more evidence is located and reviewed.The Pasadena Police Department conducts thorough Use of Force investigations, which includes, interviewing witnesses, officers involved, analyzing video and forensic evidence, as well as eyewitness statements.
