NTT wins St John’s Ambulance account NTT, the National Telephone Team, has been appointed by St John Ambulance to help develop a telephone communication strategy to newly recruited and existing donors. Together with the charity’s direct marketing agency, Optima, NTT will integrate the telephone with direct mail communications.The first telephone campaign will take place in April and will include the new ‘Gift Aid declaration’.
